Returns

Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order once it's been placed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. However, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unopened and in the same state that you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
