Gold Medal Rice Flour is an untreated gluten-free flour specially milled from a select variety of long grain rice. Used as a basic ingredient in many gluten-free formulations where traditional wheat flours are used. Used in traditional “Dutch Crunch” toppings, batters, and dusting flour. Our rice flour is available in bulk or wholesale.

Rice flour is made from ground rice and is used to make rice noodles, as well as pancakes. Rice flour can be used to thicken soups, as well as being a substitute for wheat flour in cakes.
