Preparations Instructions:

Pour total amount of water into mixer bowl. Add total amount of pancake mix. Mix using a wire whip attachment on low speed for 1 minute. Stop mixer. Scrape bowl and wire whip. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute. Do not overmix. Deposit batter on a preheated griddle set at 375°F. Grill 1 1/2 minutes on each side or until puffed and edges begin to dry. Turn only once.
